We’re delighted to support Martham Cricket Club with funding for roll-on pitch covers, which will help the team gain promotion to Division One leagues.
The local village team has gone from strength to strength and works hard to continually improve club facilities. With over 70 members, two adult teams and three youth teams, Martham Cricket Club have just achieved ECB Club Accreditation, with their first team top of the league. In order to be considered for promotion to Division One, the club needs to protect the wicket with roll-on covers. The pitch covers will ensure the ground is protected, enabling teams to play throughout the season, even in poor weather.
The club plays an important part in the local community and aims to keep growing, reaching the wider community, providing opportunities for more people to play recreational cricket in a safer environment, with better facilities for prospective players.
